As a result, many insurance carriers have made changes to their payment options in an effort to increase the security of our customers’ sensitive personal and financial data. Online Pay Options for Credit/Debit Card Users
We will no longer be able to process credit/debit card payments for Auto-Owners policyholders. This change, mandated by the insurance carrier, comes as an effort to safeguard customer financial data.
Customers who prefer to pay via credit or debit card are able to do so directly through their insurer. Please visit our Online Bill Pay page to be redirected to your insurer’s self-service portal.
Checks Must Be Made Payable to Agency
On a related note, we are no longer able to accept checks made out to insurance carriers. All checks must be made payable to Phillippo Insurance Agency.
Rest assured that all payments made via check will be applied directly to your account balance. A receipt from your insurance carrier will be provided at time of payment.
